All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All orders placed on ePanditJi are for fully customised, personalised products prepared exclusively for you. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we immediately begin preparing your personalised report. Due to the customised nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed.

1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Each report — whether a Kundli (Tewa), numerology analysis, or Vastu consultation — is prepared specifically for you using your personal details (name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, etc.). Our process involves:

  • Manual preparation and review by our experts
  • AI-assisted data structuring and print formatting
  • Professional printing on high-quality materials
  • Packaging and shipping to your address

Because this process begins immediately after your order is confirmed, and the final product is uniquely yours, it cannot be reused, resold, or offered to anyone else. Therefore, no refund is possible once an order is placed.

2. Order Cancellation

We do not accept order cancellations once payment has been made. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If you placed an order in error or entered incorrect details, please contact us immediately at our Contact Us page. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will do our best to assist if we have not yet begun preparing your report.

3. Wrong or Incomplete Information

The accuracy of your personalised report depends on the information you provide. If incorrect details (e.g., wrong date of birth or place of birth) were entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the report without additional charge, provided the order has not yet been fully prepared. However, no refund will be issued for reports prepared based on information you submitted.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered, we will investigate with our courier partner and:

  • Re-dispatch your order if it was confirmed lost in transit
  • Assist you in tracking your shipment

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering.

5. Damaged Products

If your report book arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will assess the case and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement. This is the only circumstance under which a replacement or resolution may be offered.

We want to be transparent: astrology, numerology, Vastu, and related services are traditional knowledge systems, not scientifically proven disciplines. ePanditJi does not guarantee that any prediction, recommendation, or guidance in your report will be 100% accurate or produce specific outcomes.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these services, and that dissatisfaction with the content or results of a report does not constitute grounds for a refund.
