If you cancel your order before our pandits begin preparing your Kundli/numerology report, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Once your personalised report has been prepared and delivered to you digitally, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, since it is a completed, personalised deliverable. If your report has a genuine factual error caused by our team, please contact us and we will review and correct it.
If you are charged more than once for the same order, or a payment fails but an amount is deducted from your account, the duplicate/failed amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
